Memoranda

Use a simple structure for written views.

These templates help citizens, businesses, groups, and counties turn their position into a readable memorandum.

Every memorandum should answer five questions.

Point 1What proposal are you responding to?
Point 2Do you support, oppose, or want amendments?
Point 3Who is affected and how?
Point 4What evidence or example supports your view?
Point 5What exact change do you recommend?

Choose the closest starting point.
